Bell Williams co-founded IYIVON in 2020 alongside her husband, Casanova Williams. While she is a steadfast partner in their shared ventures, Bell is an accomplished and dynamic individual in her own right.

Born in Haiti into an affluent family, Bell grew up in the beautiful countryside, where she developed a deep love and appreciation for her culture. At the age of 9, she moved to the United States, facing the challenge of learning a new language and adapting to a different culture. With determination, she mastered English and embraced American customs. One of five siblings and the middle child, Bell grew up in a household where faith, community service, and education were cornerstones of daily life.

Bell’s passion for education and self-improvement was evident early on. While still in high school, she participated in joint college programs, earning multiple certificates and two associate degrees by the time she graduated. It was during her college years that she began shaping her career and vision. Inspired by witnessing many women lacking mentorship and guidance, Bell entered the nonprofit and volunteer world to make a difference. She also became a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the first African American sorority dedicated to sisterhood, scholarship, and service.

While completing her undergraduate degree, Bell met the love of her life, Casanova Williams. Despite balancing her studies and growing family—having her first child during her undergraduate years and her second while completing her Master’s degree in Employment Law—Bell remained driven to succeed.

Professionally, Bell has built an impressive career working for Fortune 500 companies as a Senior Implementation Specialist and being certified as a Mortgage Loan Originator, roles that have allowed her to travel across the country while mentoring women through various programs. She is also a certified Relationship Life Coach.

Behind the scenes, Bell has been the backbone of Casanova Williams’ ventures, offering strategic guidance, leadership, and unwavering support. Her contributions have been instrumental to his and their companies’ successes. However, it wasn’t until they officially launched IYIVON—a name derived from their middle names—that they formally entered business together.

Under IYIVON, Bell and Casanova have developed multiple business ventures, including:

  • Couple of Critics: A review platform and podcast.
  • Divorce Not an Option: A podcast offering relationship advice and insights.
  • Minority Mental Health Initiative: A nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting mental health in underserved communities.
  • A hotel and resort business currently in early development stages.

Bell’s vision, resilience, and dedication to community, mentorship, and business have laid the foundation for IYIVON’s success. With a focus on culture, influence, and lifestyle, Bell Williams is committed to creating impactful businesses and initiatives that inspire and empower others—proving that this is only the beginning of a much larger legacy.
