Ground has been broken in Tulum. 5 years ago a structure was abandoned due to covid but early 2025 IYIVON Capital Partners is investing in the property and is building their first flag ship resort. Other places in negotiation is Orlando, Jamacia, Nevada and Belize. Other locations are being looking at as well. IYIVON is working to be a global impact on the hospitality world.
