IYIvon Rewards Program – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 The IYIvon Rewards Program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of IYIvon Rewards, a wholly owned subsidiary of IYIvon Hotels & Resorts, which operates under IYIvon Capital Partners, owned by Society Entertainment, Inc.
1.2 For purposes of these Terms, “IYIvon Rewards” refers to IYIvon Rewards, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, partners, employees, and agents.
1.3 The IYIvon Rewards Program Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts of law principles. Claims may not be resolved through class actions. Venue for all suits will be in the Southern District of New York or, if unavailable, New York County courts.
1.4 Membership in the IYIvon Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law.


2. Program Continuation and Modification

2.1 The Program has no fixed termination date and may continue until IYIvon Rewards chooses to end it, with or without notice.
2.2 If the Program is terminated, Members will have twelve (12) months from the announcement date to earn Points and redeem Rewards.
2.3 IYIvon Rewards reserves the right to add, modify, delete, or change any program rules, benefits, or Rewards at its sole discretion, with or without notice.


3. Membership Eligibility

3.1 Only individuals of legal majority age in their state or country of residence may enroll.
3.2 Corporations, associations, or groups are not permitted to join.
3.3 Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.


4. Earning and Redeeming Points

4.1 Members earn Points through stays at participating IYIvon Hotels & Resorts properties and through approved partners.
4.2 Points may be redeemed for Rewards in accordance with the Program rules.
4.3 Rewards may not be available in some countries due to local laws or restrictions.


5. Suspension and Termination

5.1 IYIvon Rewards may suspend or terminate membership, including Elite Tier status, if a Member:

  • Violates Program Terms,

  • Commits fraud, theft, or dishonesty,

  • Engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct toward guests or employees,

  • Fails to pay amounts owed to IYIvon Hotels & Resorts.
    5.2 Termination may result in the loss of all accumulated Points, Rewards, and benefits.


6. Transfer, Sale, and Barter

6.1 The sale, barter, or unauthorized transfer of Points, Rewards, or Certificates is prohibited.
6.2 Unauthorized transfers may result in confiscation or cancellation of benefits and termination of membership.


7. Account Activity and Expiration

7.1 Members must have qualifying activity at least once every 24 months to maintain their account. Qualifying activity includes:

  • (a) Staying at a participating IYIvon Hotels & Resorts property,

  • (b) Earning Points through an authorized partner,

  • (c) Purchasing Points, or

  • (d) Donating Points through the IYIvon Rewards Giving Back program.
    7.2 Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of all accumulated Points.
    7.3 Accounts may be permanently deactivated after five (5) years of inactivity.


8. Member Responsibilities

8.1 Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
8.2 Members are responsible for keeping their account login and security information private.
8.3 IYIvon Rewards is not liable for unauthorized account access unless caused by IYIvon’s negligence.
8.4 Accrued Points and Rewards do not constitute property and are not transferable by operation of law.


9. Death of a Member

9.1 Upon the death of a Member, Points may be transferred to another active Member if requested within one (1) year and approved by IYIvon Rewards.
9.2 Elite status cannot be transferred.


10. Guaranteed Member Discount

10.1 Members may be eligible for discounted rates at participating hotels and resorts, subject to availability and booking terms.
10.2 Discounts vary based on booking window, region, and other conditions.
10.3 Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy, and exclude taxes, fees, and charges.
10.4 Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, applied to existing reservations, or redeemed for cash.


11. Interpretation

11.1 All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion of IYIvon Rewards.
11.2 These Terms supersede any previous versions or communications.

Hilton Honors Accrual of Points & Member Benefits

1. Eligible Hotels and Participation

1.1 Hilton Honors Points can only be earned for stays at participating hotels within the Hilton Portfolio.
1.2 Participating hotels are subject to change at any time without notice.
1.3 To confirm participation, check Hilton.com or HiltonHonors.com.
1.4 If a hotel leaves the Hilton Portfolio, stays after that date will not earn Points, even if the reservation was made earlier.


2. Member Eligibility for Earning Points

2.1 Only registered, paying, and staying guests at participating hotels may earn Points or credit toward tier status.
2.2 Members can also earn Points for eligible Hilton Honors credit card charges (see card Terms & Conditions).
2.3 Points may also be awarded for other Hilton Honors activities as designated from time to time.


3. Definition of a “Stay”

3.1 A “stay” is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-out and re-check-in.
3.2 Ineligible stays include:

  • Wholesale/tour operator packages

  • Contracted crew rates

  • Travel agency discount rates

  • Casino packages

  • Unauthorized use of Go Hilton Team Member or Friends & Family rates

  • Hilton Grand Vacations Club bookings

  • Complimentary or barter rooms

  • NET Group or Tour rates

  • Third-party website bookings (any rate)

  • Opaque channel bookings (where brand is unknown at purchase)

3.3 No Points or credits will be awarded for ineligible stays.


4. No Show Policy

4.1 No Points or tier credit will be awarded for “no shows,” even if a credit card is charged under the hotel’s policy.


5. Earning Points for Multiple Rooms

5.1 Members may earn Base Points on up to four rooms per stay if all charges are paid on one folio.
5.2 Bonus Points (e.g., tier bonuses, double/triple promotions) apply only to Base Points earned.
5.3 For tier qualification, only one room per stay counts toward nights and stays.


6. Base and Bonus Points

6.1 Base Points are earned for every eligible U.S. dollar (or equivalent) spent on qualifying folio charges.
6.2 Eligible folio charges include:

  • Room rate

  • Food and beverage

  • Telephone, laundry, pay-per-view, entertainment, recreational facilities

  • Other incidental charges billed to the room

6.3 Charges that do not qualify:

  • Dining or services not billed to the room

  • Non-affiliated outlets (gift shops, drugstores, boutiques, concessions, etc.)

  • Banquet/catering functions (except qualifying Hilton Honors Event Planner bookings)

  • Taxes and fees

6.4 Bonus Points (double or triple) do not count toward Elite tier qualification.


7. International Stays and Currency Conversion

7.1 Points for stays outside the U.S. are calculated in U.S. dollars, converted weekly at Hilton Honors’ discretion.
7.2 Conversion rates may differ from credit card company rates.


8. Billing and Eligibility for Points

8.1 Members whose bills are charged to a company but settled individually at checkout may earn Points.
8.2 Group master-billed stays do not earn Points.
8.3 Incidental charges billed to a master bill are not eligible for credit.


9. Reward Stays and Certificates

9.1 No Points or miles are earned on stays redeemed with Marketing Partner certificates unless stated otherwise.
9.2 Reward Stays count toward Elite tier qualification (stays/nights).
9.3 Points may be earned for incidental charges on Reward Stays if they qualify as folio charges.
9.4 Points may be earned on the “money” portion of Points & Money Rewards™ stays.


10. Transfer and Redemption of Points

10.1 Points may be transferred only through Hilton’s official Transfer and Registry program or in the event of death.
10.2 Points are considered earned only after stays are completed, paid in full, and credited to the account.


11. Missing Point Claims

11.1 Members must submit requests for missing Points with proper documentation (hotel folio).
11.2 Requests must be received within six months of the stay.
11.3 For new Members, stays within 30 days prior to enrollment may be credited.


12. Employee Participation

12.1 Hilton employees and hotel staff may participate in Hilton Honors with certain restrictions as outlined in the Team Member Hilton Honors site.


13. Milestone Bonuses

13.1 Members earn 10,000 Bonus Points after 40 eligible nights.
13.2 An additional 10,000 Bonus Points are awarded for every 10 nights beyond 40.
13.3 At 60 nights, Members earn an extra 30,000 Bonus Points.
13.4 A maximum of 365 nights can be counted, with a yearly maximum of 360,000 Bonus Points.
13.5 Milestone Bonuses are Bonus Points and do not count toward base Points.
13.6 Bonuses are credited automatically; no sign-up required.


14. Car Rental Bonus Points

14.1 Members may earn Hilton Honors Bonus Points with Hilton’s car rental partners.
14.2 Points vary by partner.
14.3 For some partners, a hotel stay is not required, but Members must provide their Hilton Honors number.


15. Hilton Honors Member Amenities

15.1 Amenities vary by hotel and member status. Benefits may include:

  • Dedicated reservation lines and email contacts by region

  • Online account management and 24/7 automated phone service

  • Pre-registration and expedited check-in

  • Online reward redemption

  • Second guest stays free on qualifying reservations

  • Late check-out (subject to availability)

  • Express check-out options

  • Complimentary bottled water at specific properties

  • Complimentary internet, snacks, breakfast or food credit, and space-available upgrades (varies by brand/region)

15.2 On-property benefits only apply when reservations are made through official Hilton channels (direct websites, Hilton app, official phone lines, or IATA-accredited travel agents using approved systems).
15.3 Bookings made through third-party sites, opaque channels, or ineligible rates do not qualify.

Double Dip® Earning Style Options
Effective April 1, 2018, the Earnings Style Options program, including Points and Points and Points and Miles, is no longer a valid feature of IYIVON Honors. Any claims relating to the earning of Points and/or Miles under the Earnings Style Option program after April 1, 2018 are void.

IYIVON Honors Membership Tiers

Earning Tier Status
Members can earn and maintain Elite tier status based on stays, nights, or Base Points earned in any calendar year. A “calendar year” is understood to mean January 1st through December 31st of each year. Members must re-qualify for Elite status each calendar year. Bonus Points earned on Base Points do not count toward Elite tier qualification. Elite Rollover Nights will be applied toward earning and maintaining Elite tier status to meet the night qualification for each elite tier.

Moving to a Higher Elite Tier
Members may earn a higher Elite status when their stays, nights, or Base Points within a calendar year qualify the Member for the next tier, as set forth in more detail below.

Maintaining Your Elite Tier
Once the Member has reached a certain Elite tier, the Member may keep such status for the calendar year in which the Elite tier was earned and the subsequent calendar year. All Elite status Members set to downgrade Elite status in 2024 will keep their current status through March 31, 2025. Documentation (as defined in Accrual of Points) must be furnished within 90 days of stay in order to count toward tier-level qualification.

Silver Elite Membership
IYIVON Honors Silver Elite membership will be awarded to Members with 4 stays, 10 nights, or 25,000 Base Points earned in a calendar year. Base Points earned will count toward Silver Elite tier qualification. Bonus Points earned on Base Points do not count toward Elite tier qualification. Elite Rollover Nights will be applied toward earning and maintaining Silver Elite status.

Silver Elite Members will receive:

  • A 20% bonus on Base Points earned during the period they are Silver Elite Members.

  • Complimentary in-room and lobby Standard Internet access during stays at IYIVON properties.*

  • Two complimentary bottles of water per stay at IYIVON properties.*

  • 5th Night Free on reward stays: For every Standard Room Reward stay of five or more nights, every 5th night is free. Applies only to consecutive nights within the same full Points Standard Room Reward stay at the same property, up to 20 nights, when confirmed at time of booking. No more than four free nights will be awarded per stay.

*Internet Access and Bottled Water benefits may be included in resort charges where applicable.

Gold Elite Membership
IYIVON Honors Gold Elite membership will be awarded to Members with 20 stays, 40 nights, or 75,000 Base Points earned during any calendar year. Base Points earned will count toward Gold Elite tier qualification. Bonus Points earned on Base Points do not count toward Elite tier qualification. Elite Rollover Nights will be applied toward earning and maintaining Gold Elite status.

Gold Elite Members will receive:

  • An 80% bonus on Base Points earned during the period they are Gold Elite Members.

  • Complimentary in-room and lobby Standard Internet access during stays at IYIVON properties.*

  • Two complimentary bottles of water per stay at IYIVON properties.*

  • 5th Night Free: Same terms as Silver Elite.

  • Choose a MyWay On-Property benefit: Members may receive upgrades to preferred rooms based on availability at check-in. Upgrades apply only to one room per member and exclude certain brands and specialty accommodations.

Diamond Elite Membership
IYIVON Honors Diamond Elite membership will be awarded to Members with 30 stays, 60 nights, or 120,000 Base Points earned during any calendar year. Base Points earned will count toward Diamond Elite tier qualification. Bonus Points earned on Base Points do not count toward Elite tier qualification. Elite Rollover Nights will be applied toward earning and maintaining Diamond Elite status.

Diamond Elite Members will receive:

  • A 100% bonus on Base Points earned during the period they are Diamond Elite Members.

  • Complimentary in-room and lobby Premium Internet access during stays at IYIVON properties.*

  • Two complimentary bottles of water per stay at IYIVON properties.

  • 5th Night Free: Same terms as Silver and Gold Elite.

  • Guaranteed reservation availability for paid reservations made at least 48 hours before arrival, subject to restrictions.

  • Choose a MyWay On-Property benefit: Diamond Members may receive upgrades to preferred rooms or suites based on availability at check-in.

Diamond Status Extension
Eligible Diamond members may extend their Diamond tier status if they will not requalify via stays/nights/Base Points. Requirements:

  • Three total years at Diamond status (not necessarily consecutive).

  • At least 250 nights (paid or reward) OR 500,000+ earned Base Points since joining IYIVON Honors.

Members may submit the request at IYIVON Honors Diamond Status Extension.

IYIVON Lifetime Diamond Status Terms and Conditions

Lifetime Diamond Status
Lifetime Diamond Status is awarded to select IYIVON Honors members who meet one of the following criteria:

  • Achieved Diamond Status for at least 10 years (non-consecutive) and completed at least 1,000 paid or reward nights, or

  • Achieved Diamond Status for at least 10 years (non-consecutive) and earned at least 2 million Base Points over the lifetime of their membership.

Once granted, standard IYIVON Honors Terms and Conditions apply. Lifetime Diamond Status is awarded at the sole discretion of IYIVON Hotels and Resorts and may be amended or revoked at any time, with or without notice.

A “completed year” at Diamond Status requires 365 days. For example, if a member reaches Diamond Status on November 1, 2024, that year counts as complete on November 1, 2025. Future-earned status will only count once fully completed.


Elite Rollover Nights
Members in Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers may rollover qualifying nights that exceed the number required for their tier at the end of the calendar year (December 31).

  • Rollover nights count toward the next year’s elite tier qualification. Base members are not eligible.

  • Calculation: Total qualifying nights at year-end (including prior year rollover) minus prior rollover nights (expired) minus nights required to maintain current status = rollover nights for next year.

  • Rollover nights are valid for one year only and cannot be reserved for additional years.

  • Only nights count; stays or Base Points cannot be rolled over.

  • Nights earned via promotions (e.g., double night credit) are eligible for rollover.

  • Rollover nights do not count toward Milestone Bonuses or Elite Status Gifting.


Elite Status Gifting

  • Members with 60 eligible nights in a year can gift Gold status to another member.

  • Members with 100 eligible nights in a year can gift Diamond status.

  • Gifted status lasts 365 days from issuance and reverts to the recipient’s earned status afterward.

  • Gifting must be elected by January 31 of the following year.

  • Recipients must be enrolled IYIVON Honors members.

  • Rollover nights do not contribute toward gifting eligibility.


Reward Redemption

  • Members must have enough Points to redeem a Reward. Points can be purchased to meet redemption requirements (up to 160,000 per year).

  • Reward availability and pricing fluctuate by hotel, demand, and room type.

  • Rewards are issued to the member or their designee and are not transferable once issued.

  • Rewards cannot be sold or bartered without IYIVON consent.

  • Rewards may have restrictions and are subject to capacity controls for partner services (e.g., rental cars, cruises).

  • Travel rewards are generally valid for one year from issuance.

  • Points may be re-deposited if Rewards are returned unused before expiration.

Hotel Reward Stays

  • Stays booked with full Points or Points + money count as Reward Stays.

  • Standard and Premium Rooms are available with no blackout dates, subject to availability.

  • Reward Stays must be booked online or via IYIVON Reservations.

  • Reservations require a credit card; standard hotel policies for cancellations and no-shows apply.

  • Reward Stays do not incur resort fees when booked with all Points or promotional free nights.

  • Points earned on Reward Stays include eligible folio charges.


Event Planner Program

  • Points awarded for eligible event charges go to the individual listed on the contract, who must be an IYIVON Honors member.

  • Eligible charges: guest rooms, meeting/event space rentals; excludes taxes, service charges, resort fees, and commissions.

  • Points awarded per event capped at $100,000 USD in charges.

  • Points post within 6-8 weeks after full payment.

Event Credit Vouchers

  • Redeemable for future bookings at participating IYIVON hotels.

  • Available in increments: 25,000 Points = $50; 50,000 Points = $100; 75,000 Points = $150; 125,000 Points = $250; 250,000 Points = $500.

  • Vouchers expire one year from issuance; multiple vouchers may be combined.


Point Purchase, Transfer, and Pooling

  • Members may purchase up to 160,000 Points per year, subject to Terms and Conditions.

  • Points may be transferred or pooled with other members (1,000 Point increments, max 500,000 sent and 2,000,000 received per year).

  • Transfers/pooling do not include sale, barter, or other improper use; violations may result in forfeiture of Points or program removal.


IYIVON Mutual Fund Accounts

  • Available only to legally married couples.

  • Allows combining Points for Rewards and Elite qualification.

  • Dissolution or death splits or transfers Points per rules; both members must sign for dissolution.


Privacy and Data Use

  • Personal information processed according to IYIVON Global Privacy Policy.

  • Enrollment implies consent to data use for program administration and communications.


Program Modifications

  • IYIVON may modify Terms and Conditions, Rewards, Points rules, and programs at any time.

  • Participation after modifications indicates acceptance of the changes.

  • Program provided “as-is” with no warranty; liability is limited to points or services paid by the member.
